Taiwan has four international airports now.
1.      Taipei Songshan International Airport
2.      Taoyuan International Airport (old name was CKS International Airport)

Initially, only Taoyuan and Kaohsiung had international airline. Latest Taiwan government created another two international airline for mid Taiwan and capital.
Taipei Airport locates at Songshan district in Taipei City which is Taiwan’s capital. There are 13 international airline companies. Most of them fly to mainland China and Japan, and these are entire international airlines of Taipei Airport. Hubs (樞紐航空公司) are Mandarin Airlines, Transasia Airways, Far Eastern Air Transport, UNI Air. The lines which linked to of Taipei Metro Rapid Transit are Wenshan-Neihu Line and Songshan line (Building).
Taoyuan Airports locates at Dayuan Village in Taoyuan County. Hubs are China Airlines, EVA Air, Transasia Airways. This is the largest airport in Taiwan. It also has the most international airlines of the airports above. National Highway 2 ends here and intersects with National Highway 1. Taipei Metro Rapid Transit has built a line from Taipei City to Taoyuan Airport. Traveler can transfer to MRT to Taipei in the future.
Taichung Airport locates at Shalu district in Taichung City. It’s the only international airport in mid Taiwan area. Hub is Mandarin Airlines. There are 10 international airline companies. Majority is mainland China. Others are Philippine, Japan, and South Korea. Connection to Taichung Airport is not convenient now. Taichung City government had planed one MRT line to link it.

09/8/13 Taichung To Huwei

Today, I plan to move my motorcycle from Tai Feng, my dorm in Feng Chia University, to the place in  Huwei  where my junior high school friend Ming Hsien Chang lives.
I was riding my motor from Feng Chia. Follow the Li-Ming Rd. to the end. Across Dadu River through Chung Chang Expressway . And went upon the Bagua Mt. When I got to the top of Bagua Mt., I turned left and went along the line number 139.

(1)The main door of National Formosa University
While I was going along this way , the scenery  of my  right side is beautiful! It is  Changhua there. The wide Changhua plain can be seen entirely , downtown, city , farm, and building.
Allegedly , if the weather is well, you can ev en see the Taiwan Ocean. While I was going along this way , the scenery  of my  right side is beautiful!

(2)The 139 Line
This way  of Bagua Mt. (line 139) is also the international bicycle path. The lover said because this line is full of every  situation of terrain. If you are fond of riding bicycle, don’t miss this line in Taiwan.
Arrived Changkong, I turned right to Yuanlin. At the half of the road, there is a site to look down HSR pass.
